This is our premiere lunch buffet and consists of our freshly baked Artisan bread range ( I thought Artisan was just a fancy word for posh bread until I read this on the internet - copy and paste this link in your browser ( if you are as sad as me) and want to learn more! http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-artisan-bread.htm ) This selection is made with fillings from our entire selection .

We will accompany this menu with 5 finger buffet items of the season - such as mini battered fish and mushy pea rostis, king prawns 'tempura style' with fresh lemon, chicken and chorizo skewers with cherry tomatoes, lemon sole goujons made with cracked black pepper and mini cottage pies finished with fresh chives.   ( These will change depending on the season )

A ll our savoury items above are accompanied with a dip selectiion where required.

In addition we include a platter of sushi which contains a wonderful selection of vegetarian California rolls, salmon rolls with coriander and a classic, small selection of sushi. It's a terrific display of freshness, vibrancy and colour and all served with wasabi, pickled ginger and a light soya sauce.

As part of this menu selection we serve crudities which include freshly cut cucumber, carrots, red peppers, green peppers and celery. All accompanied with one of our dips such as sour cream with chives. Included with this menu are our classic tortilla chips with one of our fabulous dips e.g. hot salsa with lime.

To conclude your meal we serve a selection of seasonal organic fruit - freshly cut and presented on a solid white, porcelain platter.

If you were thinking where's the small sweet surprise?  We hadn't forgotten - you will get a selection of our exquisite new miniature deserts  the lemon meringue delice and or delice aux cerise - have a look at the picture on the right " Dizygotic Twins"photograph and see if you can spot the fresh raspberry!

This great food is all served on solid white porcelain platters and then covered with clear perspex lids.
