Finger cut sandwiches on white & brown bread consisting of:
Cucumber, smoked salmon, free range e
gg with a light mayonaise, oak smoked ham with a little mustard. All served with seasonal miniature cake selection ( like on the photo )
and of course, fresh scones with sultanas and double cream with individual pots of strawberry conserve
The cakes on our afternoon tea are served on the traditional porcelain cake stand - a wonderful centre piece for your meeting.
