This menu choice consists of a combination of all our sandwiches and a selection of our Tortilla Wraps.
The above is accompanied by 3 varieties
of finger buffet items of the season - freshly cooked savouries such as barbeque chicken wings, skewered Thai chicken with a dip and mini slices of quiche. ( These buffet items may change depending on the season )
We cut and prepare our own 'organic crudities' made from cucumber, carrots, red & green peppers and these are presented with dips such as sour cream with freshly chopped chives.
We also include
handcooked potato crisps with your lunch above.
To complete your meal we serve a wide selection of cakes ranging from carrot cake to strawberry iced cupcakes with white chocolate - the selection is too vast to list here but we guarantee that the selection will be plentiful and colourful. The Silver menu is served on black re-cyclable platters which arrive sealed and covered to maintain the freshness and quality of our products.
