How do I order from you?
There are 2 ways:
1. Online via our website
Ordering your office catering could not be easier via our dedicated website. Simply click on the menu boxes and you will be prompted to order via our product descriptions and photographs.
2. By phone
Call us direct on 01932 562795 and we’ll take down your order immediately - this is a good way to order if you have not ordered from us before and need some help – we’ll talk you through it.
How do I pay for my order online?
There are 2 ways you can pay for your delivery:
1. Direct - with a credit card over our secure online payment system ( Netbanx )
If your company does not have a credit account with us, payment is required at checkout by credit or debit card. Payments are handled by Netbanx, one of the world’s leading secure,
online payment service providers. If you select credit card payment when confirming your order you will automatically enter the Netbanx web site where you can enter your card details. Most of the leading credit and debit cards are accepted.
2. Company Account:
If your company has a credit account with us you will not be required to make payment at checkout. Please ensure that you are authorised to use the company account before you place your order - if you are in doubt then give us a call first on 01932 562795 or
check with your main contact within your company. Payment is required upon the receipt of our invoice. We encourage payment to be made online or by BACS.
I want to open up a direct account - How do I do that?
A credit account application can be authorised via this website - it will take 24 hours to process. Just email sales@businessbrasserie,com and we will mail you a form to complete.
Will I get an invoice when I order?
Invoices for your orders will be emailed to you within a few minutes of your online order. You can print off and keep a copy once you receive your confirmation mail from us.
Does my company have a company account with businessbrasserie.com?
If you’re not sure whether your company has an account please ask us by email sales@business brasserie.com or call 01932 562795.
Can I order today for delivery today?
Yes you can!
Don’t panic, every day we take several orders for delivery on the day. We however need to speak to you on the phone in order to confirm that we can deliver it for the time you need.
